drew them on initially, using a fabric marker, because she's a nice art wizard and can draw perfect circles. This part was difficult because I'm ticklish and it was difficult to stay still/not make weird noises that would make her laugh. Then I blocked all the lines off with tape and painted them with about five coats of fabric paint. They're still not done either :°D
